2/24/12 intake.
breakfast: -whole wheat bagel. -banana. -hot chocolate. snack: -white chocolate macadamia cliff bar. lunch: -pita bread. -grapes/carrots/celery. dinner: -spanish rice. -chips & salsa. snacks: -popcorn. -mango fruit smoothie. -fruit loops. exercise: -just some stretching/yoga. fyi, i’m aware i eat most of the same things each day…trying to work on that.
